Not too bad of a run. I started feeling a little funny about half way through, so I slowed down to a walk. After a few minutes of that I felt better, so I picked up the pace to a run to finish it out. By the end I felt pretty good-just really tight. I have a feeling I'll have to start slowing things down in the next month or so, but my legs are holding out much better than last time so far. Did .1 mile warm-up, ran/jogged/walked 3.15 miles, then did a .5 mile cool down. I finished a 5k in 29:54 and had a total time of 37:37.
