Today felt really good. I've had some kind of stomach bug the past few days, at least I'm pretty sure that's what it was. Either way, it felt really good to run today. I even upped the speed to 6.6 mph for more than half the time. Did .1 mile warm-up, ran 3 miles, jogged .5 miles, then did a .5 mile cool down. I did the 5k in 28:45 and had a total time of 38:52.
Also did a trip to the pool and took the kids on a walk after dinner.
