Life has gone crazy this month. Oh well, that's how it goes I guess. It felt REALLY good to do an actual run today. I've done some walking here and there, but nothing strenuous the past three weeks. I did make it in to see my chiropractor which was FABULOUS!! My tailbone isn't hurting nearly as much as it was. My tummy troubles seem to be making progress as well. That coupled with some really good sleep this weekend resulted in feeling good enough (and actually having the time) to get a good workout in. Did a .25 mile warm-up, ran 3.25 miles, then did a .5 mile cool down. I did keep the incline at 1 the whole time because I knew I wouldn't have time to do a lot of stretching when I finished. Total time was 40:24. Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come.
