I'm back! Today marks the start of a new regime for me. I officially own my body again, so it's time to get busy taking charge of it. Did a .25 mile warm-up, then varied between jogging at 5.6 and walking at 4.7 mph. There were a few breaks during to talk to my kids, and I definitely felt completely out of shape. I'm glad I did it though. I have been taking my kids on a leisurely walk every morning for the past week or so as well. We go about a mile. Total time was about 25 minutes. |
