Today started out with me forcing myself to do anything at all. Once I got into it a little bit, I started to run, but my right ankle was giving me a lot of problems so I settled in for a nice speed walk. After a little longer, my ankle felt better so I ran some more. I kept the incline at 2 the entire time. I think I ended up running about 3.25 miles and walking the other 1.25, including the warm-up and cool down. Total time was 48:00 |
