I think I'm catching on to the whole barefoot running thing. I started off with my good running shoes on and almost immediately my heels started hurting. I was curious to see if it was the shoe or me so I took my shoes off. My heels didn't hurt at all the rest of the run. Interesting....
I didn't have as much time as usual, so I tried pushing myself to see if I could get some speed going. I think I did pretty good. I kept the incline at a 2 and got the speed up to 6.5 mph for a little more than .5 mile. it felt really good too! yeah!!!! Total time was 26:03. |
