It took me until last night to realize that I ran a 10k last Thursday!! Okay, I was slightly short, but it's close enough for me! Yippee!!!!! I've been told I'm not allowed to run anymore until my doctor okay's it though, so I'll be sticking to walking and a slow jog until then (hopefully sometime this week). Today I only did 3 miles and my total time was 34:45. It felt okay, but I had to resist the urge to go faster. I really hope I can get into the doctor soon! |
