After eating way too much candy filling easter eggs last night, I felt that I needed to at least try for some miles today. It was better than yesterday, but that's about all I can say. I think all the extra stretching is finally loosening up my tailbone, which is great. I ran 1.5 miles, then interchanged walking and running for the rest of the way. My entire abdomen hurts from coughing yesterday and my voice is almost completely gone, but I think I'm getting over the hump of whatever this is. I did 3.5 miles in 34:30, and my total time was 43ish. |
