I'm starting to feel the groove of running again, which is so nice. I'm hoping to get the rest of the pregnancy weight off before the end of May. Did a .25 warm up, jogged 1.75 miles, then walked the rest of the way with an incline of 2. Total time was 36:30. My left calf is feeling weird still, so I think I'm going to have to break out the foam roller again-oh goodie. |
