Tried a new workout today. Did the weight loss workout on my treadmill for 30 minutes. It had a speed range of 4.7 to 5.7 mph for most of it and an incline range of 1-5. The hardest part for me was when it was on 5.2 mph and an incline of 4. Without an incline that's my speed walk, but the incline just about killed my chins, calves, and feet. |
