I did 1 mile warm up then 9 miles in 1 hour flat.  Avg pace 6:40.  I wanted to stop somewhere during mile 8 but pushed on and ended up feeling not too bad.

Did you do that on the treadmill or outside? If it was on the treadmill we really need to talk about how you can stay on while you are in pain.

thanks, guys. Yes it was on a treadmill with a 1% incline. I wish I'd done it outside, but the kids wanted to go and play the video games at the gym.
