Consistent aerobic and strength training.

Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Due to my injury I just did a run and walk combo for 60 min on the treadmill this morning before church. During the walking portions I cranked the incline to 15 and walked 4.1 mph. Good workout.
Same thing as yesterday, but had to walk more often. Once again put the incline at 15 and walked 4.2 mph (more like hiking). Then did some strength training.
