Had to stop for some walking as knee was nagging again. Frustrated and angry with the world today. I haven't felt this depressed since my mother passed away over 10 years ago. I feel stuck not only in running, but in life overall and not being able to run as much as I'd like is not helping. Feeling like a failure in this life and really being hard on myself. I just don't understand why all of this is happening. |
