Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

No run. Workout 4x superset of rope skip, boxing (bag work), heavy squats, pull-ups, standing calf raise, and core work.
Morning run outside before work of 9 miles in 1:18. Starting to report my running again after another long absence from the blog. I miss keeping in touch with fellow runners and the inspiration that the blog provides. I pray for those involved in the Boston tragedy today. I simply don't understand other than the world is broken and in decline.
9 mile run outside before taking the girls to school and heading off to work. A little slower than yesterday finishing in 1:20. Hams and backside are sore. Hope it's dry long enough for a run tomorrow morning. Lots of rain lately.
