Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras. Short-Term Running Goals: No idea. Just trying to stay in shape after several heart related setbacks. Long-Term Running Goals: Lower bodyweight and complete some more races. Personal: Hooked onto running in 2005 after years of mostly powerlifting.
