Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
No idea. Just trying to stay in shape after several heart related setbacks.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lower bodyweight and complete some more races.
Hooked onto running in 2005 after years of mostly powerlifting.
6 mi run outside, cold and icy
6 mi run with fast 10 x 1 min repeats
6 mi run on the millski
Strength training before dinner
6 mi run on the millski with some faster sections
3 mi run during lunch, legs a bit sore from strength training and consistent miles combo
6 mi run during lunch, mixed in some intervals
6 mi run inside due to ice storm
