The typical longer Saturday run. Weather was ideal so didn't have to worry about hydration so much. Wanted to go 20 miles, but based on how I felt it made sense to cut it short. I was feeling depleted at the end since I didn't eat before the run. Tough business carrying this extra weight for these longer treks. The plan is to alternate 15 and 20 mile Saturdays. I hope to have it in me for 20 next weekend. |
