No run today. Race coming this Saturday, but didn't feel like running anyway. Having one of those days. I've struggled on and off with depression for a long time. I'm not in the deep right now, but still get the blues about once week. Life is good though and running more definitely helps. I quit taking anti-d meds about 2 months ago so body still going through adjustment. The stuff really changes you, so I have to get reacquainted with life's ups and downs now I'm off for good I hope. |
