Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Consistent aerobic and strength training.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Headed outside for an easy 15 mi. (8:30 pace). It was chilly with some light snow early on. Relentless head wind on the way back tired me out mentally. I looked over the Boston brochure last night and that got me fired up. Almost there.

Nice run, looking good. I haven't got my Boston info yet (that or it is sitting in our mailbox since I don't know if we checked it yesterday). My friend here in IF got hers as well and is getting excited.
Just over 2 weeks!
