Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Consistent aerobic and strength training.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Another out and back on the bike trail. Legs were tired, but strangely felt better towards the end. I'm sure the strong tail wind helped. Ran the last 0.5 mi harder.

How's it going? Back into the job search with gusto?
Keep on running strong.

Thanks for checking in. I'm struggling a bit fellers. I'm searching in my field of expertise, but also considering a 360 change of career path. Lacking direction and eating everything in sight. Seeking comfort in stuff that doesn't have any answers I guess.

As we discussed the other day, keep an open mind to where you are being led. Hang in there.
If you keep running 13M at a time, you can eat all you want! ;-)
