Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Consistent aerobic and strength training.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

9 + 6 mi, all outside and easy
Good weather, cooler and dry. Body did a complete 180 compared to early in the week. Making progress and feeling good. Now wish the bodyweight would come down more quickly! So easy to pack it on.....

Have you tried having some caffeine in the morning? Might help to speed up the metabolism a bit. Very solid miles today.

Yes, good idea. I like to think it's muscle, which takes longer to remove, I think anyway. I put on muscle just looking at a barbell.
