Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Still very humid conditions outside. Lost a lot of fluids this morning and reason for drop in body weight. Suppose to be hot and humid again tomorrow. Second run was a bit faster as I had career and pay furstrations on my mind.

I hate it when I stew about career advancement and salary issues. Most people probably
think about it all the time or ways to play the game. I don't and I pay for it. The Trumpmeister would hate a guy like me. Just not the self promoter I use to be.
