Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Consistent aerobic and strength training.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Looks like you're getting in some good mileage. Anxious to see how you do in your upcoming marathon

I'm still wandering the earth!! I'm in a temp housing set-up with my new job. The work computers block this site and I don't have the laptop with me. Wife won that one discussion :(
I'm racing this Sunday, but the stresses of moving, new job, relocating family, selling house etc. have cut into my running the past 3 weeks. Not sure how I'll do, but had a good 20 miler last week. I know I'm heavier than typical though. Should be an interesting ride!

Good luck with the race this weekend. I'm sure you will do great. You have a big base established from all those miles. You do have a lot going on in your life right now. Where are you moving and how is the new job?
