Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Really cold outside today (below zero) so it was treadmill time once again.  Ran easy 2 mi + PMP 10 mi (6:53 avg)  + Easy 2 mi (7:16 avg overall).  I felt pretty good during the tempo phase and my heart rate remained reasonable even as I cranked up the incline.  The strange thing is I didn't feel very good once I slowed down for the final 2 mi cooldown.

Very nice run today...way to make the most of your treadmill time. Looks like you're handling the increased mileage pretty well.

Nice workout. Sometimes the faster pace is better when your on a roll. If your heart rate was steady that means your body is getting used to that pace.
