Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Crazy busy this week.  Something will likely come together on the job front next week, but I've been wrong before.  Good news regarding my heart as well.  Cardiologist gave me a thumbs up on my overall health and condition of my heart.  The vasovagal reactions I've been having while running are not a concern and I should keep on trucking.  I celebrated with a 16 mile run.  Started out in terribly hot and humid conditions, but after mile 3 the temp dropped and skies opened up with light rain.  It felt great and I threw in some fartleks at the end, but no idea how fast.
