PM 5 miles + strength training

Ran an easy 5 on the treadmill, averaging an easy 8:45 mile. Bought some new running shoes so it felt good to get them broken in. I've been taking time off due to my shins so I'm hoping that the time off combined with my new shoes I can start to train again, but I'm going to be taking it slow for a while. After the run and some stretching I did a bit of strength training.

Stretching before bed.
