11:53 - 5 miles

22:35 - Strength training and stretching

Been a while since I've been on here. Been running some but I haven't been updating here so I'll have to backfill the data. Easy run today, trying to get back into the groove of things. Been dealing with some nasty allergic reactions lately, but now that I think I have them under control things should go back to normal.

I've finally been able to figure out my shins and in the process learned a lot about running and the body. Over the next couple of weeks I'm going to be incorporating some new things into my day and take what works best to apply to a training plan.

I've also been reading a lot of running books. Just finished "The Perfect Mile" by Neal Bascomb for about the 30th time and now I'm reading "Steve Scott: The Miler" by Marc Bloom. Currently searching for what I'll be reading next.
