| Ran 4.5 miles firm in the heat (7:35 pace) and then really crashed. Walk/ran the rest of the way home and almost passed out. Stopped by the football field to get water, laid down for 10 minutes under a tree, and then made my way back w/a mile left to go. My wife found me and picked me up a 1/2 mile from home. Took a couple hours to "get right" again. I'll be careful to be acclimated more before trying a firm run again in the heat. I'll also be careful not to leave too late in the morning (it was 9:30am).
