10 miles on the TM...2.5 warm-up at 8:40 pace and 7.5 miles at 7:40 pace.  Legs feel fine from a "big day" workout yesterday.  Plan on doubles tomorrow...looks like we might be snowed in (12-16 inches), so probably back to the TM.

Missed your long run, how did it go? I need to get you set up with my email, never have time with the kids, how do you manage 5!! Had a great family day yesterday and really was not motivated to run but the 20 was fun on Friday.

There is a 5k race next Sunday might see if I can put some TM times to the road.

Have a good week.

No long-run, but ran a half marathon on a killer course. Kept a 7min pace which on most courses would probably translate to 6:35-40 pace. Most the people I knew ran 3-6 minutes slower than their normal half-marathon times. Felt strong at the end, so definitely a good work-out for me.

Great job getting out for your 20! And yes, 5 is challening, along with our 2-year-old which makes 6. Keep up the great training...you'll probably set a pr on your next 5k (and hopefully Boston as well). I'm so ready for Spring...we just got a foot of snow last night.

Our Elliot who is almost 2 is a riot, more relaxed in my old age and quite enjoy the weekends. I started working on Saturdays from 9-12 which forces me to do my long runs on Friday but I love not having the stress of a long run for the weekend.

There is a 5 k race next Sunday, I am going to do it, excited especially after today's 5k on the TM.

Hope I have the opportunity to meet your family at least breifly in Boston.

We'll be in Boston from Sat-Wed. I'm sure we can arrange something.
