Ran after work again today and it was a nice short day, pretty warm but the wind was a bit of a factor again but I got through it. 4 miles in 36:39, average pace was 9:09 my hip felt okay but my legs felt trashed, just a niggle of pain in my hip and the groin was just alright... I did an easy light workout on the elliptical for 20 minutes and then finished up with some weight training on my upper body and some stretching. See yo tomorrow.
