My PT wanted me to run this morning and see how the pain was in my foot so we could see where I am at. The goal was one mile but the pain seemed to be alright so I extended to the 2.21 miles, the pain was starting to be more by the end of the run but it was always there even from the start, kind of a dull pain... After the run I jumped on the elliptical to see if I could handle that but I only made 10 minutes before I started to feel the pain but it was a lot less than before and I feel that its improving but I am still a good month away before I am pain free. So I'm on the right track its just going to take some more time and patience, I guess small steps forward are better than nothing at all and I will take it. See ya Monday.
