I went to the PT this morning and he wanted to film me running but after a mile he could tell my back was affecting my stride so he decided to work on my back and wait a week before he films me. After that I went to work and then after work I jumped on the elliptical for 40 minutes, 10 minute warm up and then I did the fast track that works its way up to a 7 resistance and back for 20 minutes and then I cooled down for another 10 minutes. I finished up with my lower body weight training, now its time to eat and relax. See ya tomorrow.
