I slept in this morning and it felt good! I headed down to the good old elliptical and did my usual 10 minute warm-up and then ran 1 mile on the treadmill at a 3% incline and then did the fast track program on the elliptical, 20 minutes, and then I finished up with another mile on the treadmill... I pretty much kept the pace slower than I have been as my groin was a little bit of a bother, but I was able to complete the workout which is a positive. Its time to hit the showers and I hope to just take it easy for one more day and then tomorrow all the Christmas stuff will be coming down, lots of work;-( See ya tomorrow.
