| | First day of outdoor. Warmup, drills, stretches, sprinting and stuff with the team. That took awhile so coach said I could just start in my run while everybody else did a 10 min team run. Did a loop on the trail by Luke's house then went and did some of the trails by north lake park. Went back and did a couple laps of speed changes in the last mile. 11 miles, 6:15 average pace. New shoes came today.

5 more easy at night, thanksgiving point loop, 6:50 average. Tried out the new sketcher go run forzas and I like them. Probably won't use them for speed tho

Easy bike ride with my mom after my run. Went on the JRT, planned on 30 but we only got 18 before I got a flat and we didn't have the stuff to fix it so we had to call someone. Biking to Oklahoma in June, 1150 miles in 2 weeks
