7 uneventful miles on the TM this morning. Tried to make it a progressive run to keep myself interested, but honestly, the miles just flew by this morning. Always a good thing, right? Didn't make daycare reservations over the weekend so I could only get in at 10AM. I even went and waited to see if anyone cancelled or didn't show - no luck :( So, I had to skip masters swim at 10, because that was now the time I was running. stink. oh well, there is always Wednesday. First 2 miles were warm-up @ 8:34, then I increased the incline for mile 3, speed on mile 4, incline on mile 5, speed on mile 6, then went downhill (-.5%) for the last mile @ 7:40 and increased at the 1/3rds to 7:30 and finished the last tenth @ 6:40. Gotta get these legs used to downhill for Saturday at the Halloween Half. AP for the run was 8:27 - not too bad for feeling good and pretty easy the whole time. When you can sing and dance to your ipod while you're running, you're probably not going hard enough :) Finished off with a set of 60/60/60 planks (front, side, side) with 25 push-ups in the middle - repeated twice. Wanted three sets, but the nursery was closing. dumb.
