Back with the BBBK's! (okay, one too many B's, but still can't quit singing it) Great run back with the speedsters. I wish my pace felt easier today, but I'm glad I just did it and was out with wonderful people on a beautiful morning! I never regret getting up once it's done, but at 5AM I have a lot of reasons to talk myself into sleeping. We did the Riverton 10K race/Country mile loop, and I sure hope the next time I run it I can go a little bit faster. Just a little. AP: 8:54 splits: 9:19, 8:54, 9:01, 8:54, 8:54, 8:32, 8:34 Grabbed a nap at home then went to yoga. They had a kids yoga class my 2 older ones did and they didn't like it much. Can't blame 'em, the little I went to wasn't all that great. Came home and grabbed some good shoes and went hiking up Yellow Fork canyon. Beautiful day for a hike and a picnic. We took Lucy as well, and she is SUCH a good trail dog! Better than a running companion by far. She is just VERY well behaved on a trail and listens and stays close, but has a good time. The kids definitely earned a snow shack, so I treated them to the first of the season. Now I'm relaxing inside and they are outside being water monkeys.
