2 miles slow on the indoor track. 5 min on some weird lateral machine, no idea what it really does. But it felt like it was working some stuff that needed to be worked. 20 min elliptical. Then 1 more mile around the track fast, well fast for me. :) This weeks mileage was not as much as I would have liked, but it was the best I could do with some of the issues I'm having with my right leg. I hope that by adding in the elliptical it will help replace the miles that I can't do right now. |
