25 min on the Elliptical. From what I learned on the blog, if it does not feel like hell then I'm not doing it right. So I tried to shoot for that. Then four miles on the indoor track. Pace started out slow then got progressively faster. I just found out tonight that they only switch the indoor track direction every week. So you have to run the same direction for a whole week. I don't really like that, can't wait to get outdoors. Please can it get warmer already. |
