When I first started running I felt really blah, guess thats what happens when two sick kids keep you up all night. I just wasn't into it at all and did not think I could do more then 3. Kept going, worked through the mental anguish of treadmill dreary and finally started to feel better after 30 minutes. Started to feel so good I thought I could go forever. (thank you endorphins :) Well I did not go forever, but I did run 8 miles. AP 8:50 |
