I have been a runner off and on since I was a kid. Its something I have always loved and hope to be running until I'm just too old to do it anymore. I enjoy running some 5ks and halfs each year and try to be consistent with my training. But I often find it challenging with three kids to get all the miles in that I want to.
I love my kids so much, but running really is my sanity and I enjoy my "me" time. I may just be forever a "middle of the pack" runner but have hopes of getting faster.
Stuck on the treadmill again tonight. It was good to get a run in, better then none.
Why does running on my treadmill feel like it takes so much more effort to keep the same
pace that is easier when running outside?

yeah, I hate the treadmill unless it's for intervals. I see that you have Brooks ghost 2 shoes. How do you like them?

Yeah I hope I can go outside tomorrow before all this gorgeous weather is gone. They are brooks ghost 4, my second pair. I like them pretty well. They are not super light, but very cushy. The toebox is wide which is good for me.
