Run the AF canyon half. Long-Term Running Goals: Learn to run smarter and faster. Personal: I have been a runner off and on since I was a kid. Its something I have always loved and hope to be running until I'm just too old to do it anymore. I enjoy running some 5ks and halfs each year and try to be consistent with my training. But I often find it challenging with three kids to get all the miles in that I want to.
I love my kids so much, but running really is my sanity and I enjoy my "me" time. I may just be forever a "middle of the pack" runner but have hopes of getting faster. Favorite Blogs: |

| | Was thinking how nice it would be to have someone cheer for me at the end of my run as I trudged through tired miles this morning. Then on the last quarter mile of my route I inadvertently ended up in a 5k course and there were lots of runners and cheering.
