I had a 2 hour test (which turned into almost 3 hours) at BYU today. I thought more running would be involved so I skipped my morning run. Oh well. I had an ultrasound done on my feet, then I was covered in little sticky dots, did some strides in my regular shoes, vibrams then barefoot. Then I did a little VO2 testing. It all was interesting. I'm excited to see the results in 10 weeks after I've used the vibrams more often.
