This was interesting, I ran the same exact run as yesterday and found out for 302 less beats of my heart over the 10 mile run, I lost an average of 3 seconds per mile. :-) The weather conditions were exactly the same, the only difference is I felt a little tired today.
I didn't break 7:00 on the last mile today but my last two combined were better than yesterday.
