It's official....the meatheads at the gym hate me! I was confronted by two of them (the leaders I presume) today about me sweating up the machines. They gave me a bottle of 409 and somewhat politely ask that I do a better job of wiping down the machines after I use them. They brought up the owner's name several times in the conversation so I'm sure I'll soon be looking for another gym.

I took a couple of vitamin I last night and one this morning to take away some of the pain in my side. My exercise consisted of riding the elliptical for 9 miles and then running on the TM for 3 miles. Total workout time was about two hours. I hate the elliptical machine! I'm not really sure how much good all of this is doing but this pain in my side is really p...ing me off (sorry for the fowl language). I think I'll just torture myself until it goes away!

Elliptical 9 Miles - HR Avg. = 137

TM 3 Miles @ 7:30 Pace - HR = 152,159,164

Matthew 21:12-14

12-14Jesus went straight to the Temple and threw out everyone who had set up shop, buying and selling. He kicked over the tables of loan sharks and the stalls of dove merchants. He quoted this text:
   My house was designated a house of prayer;
You have made it a hangout for thieves.
Now there was room for the blind and crippled to get in. They came to Jesus and he healed them.

You must look menacing on that elliptical if they were both afraid to confront you alone :)

Preston,

-

You need to go to Airrosti ASAP - like yesterday. These guys have gotten me back to health in as little as 2 visits - the most recent being my quad problem. No joke - go. End of story. Your health insurance should cover - just need co-pay. There is a location in San Marcos!!

Good times, IJR, good times. If everybody liked you, you'd be doing something wrong.

When I played basketball in high school, when we played our cross town rivals and I would always get stuck guarding this dude that was dripping wet with sweat! I still feel like I have some of his dna....

Hope you get feeling better. I have an appointment next week!

RT, You know I didn't think about that but when you're on an eliptical machine it does make you pretty tall...I was looking down at those guys!

DH, Thanks for the good advice, I just don't think I can make myself go to the doctor right now. I feel like I just need to wait this out.

Dan & DL, The meatheads were much nicer to me today :-)

Rye, I could have been that guy :-(

Lily, Ha ha..there is a woman meathead that comes to the gym every day. She just looks at you and flexes a muscle or two and then turn away...never says anything...creepy!!

No way! Tell them to go buy their own TM if they don't like somebody else using the community one. That is just out of line.
