Cross-Training Day at the gym. I just couldn't ride for a full hour on the bike so I decided to run on the TM for 3 miles to make up for the shorter ride. This gave me a little time to do some leg raises and bench press.
10 Miles (On Stationary Bike) @ 19 MPH Pace, HR 120-125
3 Miles (On TM) @ 7:30 Pace, HR 150-155
