18 hour work day yesterday I didn't get my run in so today I decided I would just double up a bit lol 10 am miles easy 8:00 pace great start to the day 10 late afternoon miles progressive started out 8:08 then 7:52,7:46,7:45,7,37 getting better 7:17,7:11 then Winchester hill 7:14,7:17 and finish with 6:42. Tried new breathing pattern tonight. I have always been a 2 in 2 out rhythm runner. I tried a 2 in 3 out tonight. I really had to pay attention to keep it going. Not sure what to think with limited trial and marginal results. So that is still in the trial stages. I sure feel more comfortable and faster at a 2 and 2 but if I need to change for efficoency so be it. Tonights totals 10 miles @7:29 ave |
