Heavy upper body weights then 3.3 fast miles.
7 really slow miles. I'm on a high protein/no carb diet getting ready for my upcoming Hawaii trip. I had zero energy today.
Full body weights then an easy 2 mile run.
I took yesterday off from weakness due to my no carb diet. I'm feeling a bit stronger today. Upper body weights followed by 3 miles.
Ran 10 slow easy miles.
