Favorite Blogs:
5.6 miles then weights. Worked quads, hamstrings, inner thigh, outer thigh, glutes, biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, abs and obliques.
7.5 easy miles.
4 slow miles before weights. I did a full body workout and was able to get most muscle groups to failure.
Holy smokes, my legs were totally hammered today. I was able to push through 3.2 miles before spin class.
5 slow miles catching up with Scott and Melissa.
7.5 slow miles with Jason this morning. It was super windy and it slowed a bunch. I'm so glad the weather is finally getting nice.
