4.7 fast miles then weights. I worked quads, calves, hamstrings, inner thigh, outer thigh, chest, lats, biceps, triceps, shoulders (worked these to failure, ouch), glutes, abs and obliques.
Ran 4.25 progressive speed miles then went to spin. I'm headed to Las Vegas today for the weekend, I'll either enjoy running in warmer weather or be to tired to get up and run after late nights lol.
