AM- 3 miles easy AC route. Felt really good this morning. Had minimum soreness. Did plyos afterwards. Paul deprived me of my rolling capabilities so if I get shin splints it is Paul's fault!
PM- .5 warm, 1.5 warm, 2k, 1k, 1.5 cooldown. Felt pretty good and strong today on the workout. Hit a 7:18 for my 2k and 3:36 on the 1k. These were not all out they were just at our predetermined pace. New guy Zack came out today and he's actually faster then I thought he'd be based on today's workout. He was right with Dallen! I don't think me and him got out on the right foot because Paul and them were making fun of me, b
